Full Spectrum Analytics (now under CBRE) is a B2B service company that repairs and maintains high-tech lab equipment.

Before Full Spectrum Analytics was acquired, I led a brand refresh, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and establishing the company’s social media presence. I also oversaw the creation and distribution of marketing materials, managed trade show logistics, and coordinated booth setup and promotional items. To expand visibility and connect with more labs in need of FSA’s services, I designed and executed targeted e-blasts, keeping clients informed and engaged. Additionally, I collaborated with the sales team and web developers to refine content for a successful website relaunch, strengthening the company’s digital presence ahead of its acquisition.

Original Design

Corporate-like stock photography that feels impersonal.
Drop shadow and type treatment give a dated look and feel.
The selected background and machine image additionally feels dated.
The grid layout works well. It’s effective in breaking up the text, photos, and design elements in a visually pleasing way.
Text feels restricted and does not flow well. Hierarchy is lacking overall.
The design element above the text columns is distracting due to the fact it’s not a solid color or line. It appears to be a highly cropped image with high contrast and texture which draws the eye in.
Business card insert area covers the list of office locations.
The photography is professional, but sterile. Would like to give it more personality yet keep it clean and modern.

Calendar

I created this calendar as both a functional tool and a subtle brand reminder for FSA’s clients. I came up with the idea of highlighting a different industry each month to showcase the many groups that rely on the machines FSA services. Along with designing the layout, I researched the topics and sourced stock photography to create a cohesive, visually appealing piece. The calendar also served as a reminder of when to schedule maintenance—and who to call: FSA. December featured FSA directly, with the next page reinforcing the full range of services they offer.

Social Media

Before I joined FSA, the company had little to no presence on social media. I took the initiative to establish a consistent posting strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, creating content that drove organic growth while maintaining a strong, on-brand visual identity. By developing engaging posts that highlighted FSA’s services, industry expertise, and product offerings, I helped increase visibility and reinforce brand recognition across key platforms.

I enjoyed my time at Full Spectrum Analytics, as it was both challenging and rewarding to market a B2B company in a high-tech industry. Navigating the complexities of reaching a niche audience pushed me to think strategically and refine my approach. From the start, I felt integral in elevating the company’s brand and expanding its digital presence, ultimately helping to position FSA for success ahead of its acquisition.
